Let Us Pray No. 152

  • June 1, 2017

“Do not fear; for God has come to test you, and that His fear may be before you, so that you may not sin.” Exodus 20:20

Abba, Our Father, we call upon your name, seeking your protection especially when it’s crucially needed amidst challenges of life we face. We come to you with a childlike spirit in his Father’s embrace. For a father’s arms and care soothes his frightened child. Oh God, we need your reassurance that you are always there for us. Our own strength is not always sufficient for us to get through all trials and temptations. We discern that our spiritual battle always begins within our hearts. Help us to overcome ourselves by humbly submitting our own knowledge under yours. Remove our fears and doubts from the situation this world brings. Let courage and faith take place in our hearts for us to be believe and trust that you never leave and forsake your beloved children. Father, we hand to you our walks today and in sincere faith we claim we already received our petition in your mighty name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
