So think clearly and exercise self-control. Look forward to the special blessings that will come to you at the return of Jesus Christ. (1 Peter 1:13 NLT)
Before, we were sinners whose minds and actions are in conformity with the world. We had our time in lustful desires and pleasures. But now, we are new creatures in Christ with new sets of values—think and act as His disciples. When we were baptized, our old self died and a new man was born. We are chosen to be wiser and better. Focus our minds in what is right, good, and holy. Are your thoughts pure? Do you think ill of someone? What about your words? Do you speak bad? Do you lie? What about your actions? Do you consider others in what you are doing? Are you good or bad? In the name of Christ Jesus our Lord, I beg you to practice our religion. Do what we have learned as disciples of Christ. Control your thoughts, emotions, your tongue and your actions. Glorify the Lord with our lives, prepare to be a blessing to others in the manner we speak and do. Let us display and adorn the teachings of the Most Holy Church so that others may be encouraged to come and follow the Lord. BE A TRUE CHRISTIAN!
