There is no such glory we can give to our God than to accomplish His whole will for us. A father’s pride is having children who are obedient to his advice and discipline. The father is honored when the son fulfills his father’s dream for him. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the perfect model we are to imitate. His life is our blueprint to become perfect children of our spiritual Father, our Most High God. If we abide by God’s instruction, we are not to do it only to comply. Our Church leaders are the ones whom God commissioned to teach and guide us on how to live and keep God’s instructions for our own perfection. Thus, we should faithfully obey them willingly and gladly, as His disciples, out of love for Him. “Does the LORD really want sacrifices and offerings?” No! He does not want your sacrifices. He wants you to obey Him. Let us prove that we are faithful disciples of Christ. Let us truthfully and with conviction say what is in in the Christian Creed: I am a Christian. I am obedient to the Lord! I submit myself to my spiritual leaders. I am prepared for whatever will happen. Beyond everything, I am joyful, because I am a Christian!
