Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works. (Hebrews 10:23-24 NKJV)

We confess that Christ is the Lord of our life. He promised that He will save our soul and bless us in this life and in the life to come. We do not doubt His faithfulness. His power comes with His promises. They will be fulfilled up to the minute detail. That is why we hold on to our hope for eternal life and happiness which we will receive if we endure to the end. We are waiting for His glorious return to fulfill His promise. As His Church, we have to prepare for His coming. We have to care for each other and do good works to benefit one another. However, let us note that we are commanded to stir-up or stimulate one another to love and to serve each other. This must be our aim, that we should teach each one how to love and to support each other. If we serve one another in the spirit of brotherly love, the Church is edified to become a glorious Church, without blemish, perfectly prepared as a Bride for her Groom.
