To the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. (1 Corinthians 9:22 NKJV)

Agape is the power that will conquer the world! By “world”, we refer to all men. Jesus Christ has conquered the world with His divine love. He died so that others may live. His death is the final proof of His undying love for all men. Christ is everything and all things to all men, whether sinners or saints. He lived, walked, and ate with the oppressed, the outcasts, the poor, the weak, etc. Christ gave His all to save those who may believe and walk according to His commands. Paul followed Christ’s footsteps. He was all things to all men and exhausted all means to for the sake of the Gospel of Christ. One thing is obvious, Christ did not sin. Likewise, Paul did not compromise the commandments of God. Being “all things” and “by all means” is bounded by the Lord’s Commandments. Here is the strategy in soul winning that we should use. Our goal in preaching is: first, to win the unbelievers; second, to save them; and, third is to partake of the promise of the Gospel which is the eternal life. Do not offend anybody. Be at peace with everyone so that they may hear the message we share. When they hear us, let us do everything to save them. Preach the Gospel in the spirit of Agape, for without Agape, we will not partake of the promise of the Gospel, even if we were able to save others from eternal punishment.
