Commit your way to the Lord,
Trust also in Him,
And He shall bring it to pass. (Psalm 37:5 NKJV)
The Most High God is best in making plans because He executes them exactly the way He planned them. No one can stop God in doing His plans, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken. The good news for us is that God has plans to prosper us and not to harm us; He plans to give us hope and a future. He, the best planner, has the best plan for us. We only need to trust His plans for us. Every time that we are about to make a decision, let us not forget to pray and ask God if our plans are aligned to His. Let us ask Him to guide us and enlighten our minds as we make our decisions. But how can we say that we are trusting God? Let us see to it that our plans and decisions will help us to be better disciples. If what we are planning seems to take away our time and opportunities in serving the Lord, it is not the plan God has for you. Trusting the Lord means to carry on our ministries and Christian duties despite the difficulties and trials we face. It is not enough proof that we trust the Lord if we just say that we still believe in Him without doing His will. So, each and every day you wake up, evaluate what kind of day are you about to have. Are you about to face trials? Trust in the Lord and do His will. Are you looking forward to a peaceful day? Trust in the Lord and do His will. If you do this, I assure you that all the blessings you will need to make it through the day will be given to you.
