Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; Save me, and I shall be saved, For You are my praise. (Jeremiah 17:14)
Abba, our great God, You are full of mercy. You continuously give us life and strength. You take care of our health. In this world where we live, there is a lot of pain and illness and these are the results of our negligence and sin. Even though these illnesses pass, we know You do not want these to torment us so much. Therefore, our God, we pray not only for ourselves but for all those who have illnesses. May You touch us with Your blessed hands and heal our diseases. We pray more for the ailments of our souls as the result of our mistakes and sins. The healing of these is through Your forgiveness. May You clean us from all our impurities, so our souls will rest and be healed. This life full of strength will be spent in giving glory to Your name and in proclaiming to all people that You are the only God. You alone can heal all our illnesses even the ailments of our souls. Thank You, our Father and King. Amen.
