If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 NKJV)

God decided upon Himself to reach out for us to be saved. He left His throne in heaven, came down to earth and lived among us. Though He is spirit, He assumed the form of a man and became flesh. Moreover, He is the giver of life and does not die, but He experienced death and died on the cross that we may have eternal life. He carried our sins and suffered a shameful death. We are the ones who are sinners and worthy to be crucified, but He did all that because of His incomparable Love for us. He forgave all of our sins. He forgot all of them and cleansed us with His blood. Would it be hard for Him to forgive us when we commit sins against Him? I do not think so. God is always ready to forgive us. All we have to do is humble ourselves before Him, admit our transgressions, and be willing to mend our ways. Ask for forgiveness and surely, we shall be forgiven.
