Strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, “We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God.” (Acts 14:22 NKJV)
The Highway of Holiness is a road less travelled; the way to God’s Kingdom. To enter the Kingdom, have faith by hearing God’s words which will open your blind eyes to the truth. The truth shall set you free from sins. Repent your sins and be baptized in the name of Christ. You shall be forgiven, given the pass to start walking in holiness. The Highway of Holiness is not an easy, leisurely walk. You are to walk righteously, living in the spirit. There will be obstacles along the way. You will sometimes feel lonely, alone, and deserted. You will have to pass through the dark alleys of life. Do not lose heart. Continue your journey. You will notice that you are stronger after every obstacles conquered, after capturing the highest hills and mountains of problems in your life, and after finding the light of day in darkness. You understand the divine things better. You are being transformed from being worldly to heavenly. Notice also that your needs are provided in time. There are streams of fresh water and green fields along the way. Clouds shield you during hot summer days and the Holy Spirit gives you warmth during the cold winter night. Christ will be with you all the way. He will perfect you according to His image. When you become perfect, holy as God is holy, Agape as God is Agape, you will enjoy the full blessings of God’s Kingdom in any situation of life. Finally, at the end of your journey in life, in the Highway of Holiness, you will be able to enter the heavenly Kingdom and receive the glory that God will bestow to all His children as your inheritance; you will sit beside the throne of God in heaven.
