Understand the Sovereignty of our Most High God. He does what He desires. He does not need counsel from anyone to formulate His plans. He needs no help to accomplish His will. There is no other God like Him who is ever living, all knowing, and infinite in might. He is unique and alone in His league. Nobody, even the heavenly creatures, the angels, much less us humans, can question His ways. We do not have the right and authority to disobey Him. We are to fully submit to His will and purpose in our life. He made us and owns us. Disobedience dishonors Him. We may experience difficulties and failures. We may have disappointments and life’s stresses but that’s His will. We have to suffer. We just have trust Him that He is in control every step of our way. He promised not to leave nor forsake us. Things may not seem right but God, in His sovereign will, intends them to be for our own good. Be patient, pray unceasingly, proceed to do our Christian duties, and wait for His salvation. Be still and see the salvation of the Lord!
