And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations. (Revelations 2:26 NKJV)

Begin with the end in mind. Our God in His uniqueness reveals His works that was planned before the beginning of time. He makes sure that everything is perfectly going according to His divine will for us, His children, and those who will yet be called to His embrace. He told Prophet Isaiah, “I alone am God! There are no other gods; no one is like me. From the very beginning, I told what would happen long before it took place. I KEPT MY WORD.” He does all of His works out of His Agape Love and for the glory of His wonderful name. Being sons and daughters of the One True God, we have to avoid doing something that will make us regret in the end. If we have ever done any irrelevant acts toward God’s direction for us and in particular, things we did that brought us to wrongdoings – the Lord Jesus is telling us this, “Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do your first works.” Let us leave behind what we do not have to carry, as we are near to embark for another new year. We are to walk to the next level of our life’s journey, as children of God. He will lead us to be quite more different here in the darkened world of sinners. Brethren, it is time!
