FP No. 12

  • January 12, 2016

It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill. The latter do so in love, knowing that I am put here for the defense of the gospel. Philippians 1:15-16 NIV
God is working to transform us into His perfect image as His sons and daughters. He gives us the desire and the power to do what pleases Him. What pleases God the most is for us to faithfully and loyally do His work of saving the sinners and gathering His lost sheeps in His flock. Our aim is to preach the Words of God so that the broken-hearted may be healed, the blind may see, the captives freed and sinners redeemed and be saved.

The end does not justify the means. We should preach the Words of God with a renewed spirit and a pure heart. Do it out of love for God and for our neighbors. With the anointing of the Holy Spirit, we can preach the Gospel in one voice boldly and courageously, anywhere, anytime. Let us proclaim the Acceptable Year of the Lord. God is with us until the end, until the Kingdom of God is established in the whole world.
