FP No. 006

  • January 6, 2016

Then Paul answered, “What do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.” Act 21:13 NKJVWe weep and grief over deaths of love ones specially those who served us for our spiritual needs like our Ministers and our Deacons. We love them because they have given their lives in serving the Lord which at the same time benefited all of us. Their works are labors of love we value the most. Like the Apostle Paul, our Church Servants cannot be persuaded to let go of any opportunities to obey the commands of God.Men of God resolve to do the will of the Good God. They are prepared to meet death for the advancement of the Kingdom of Christ and for the glory of the Lord. They have decided that they will not only be Servants for our spiritual growth but more than that, a beloved brother who love us dearly. but also are ready to become drink offerings on the sacrifice and service for the perfection of our faith. We are witnesses of their sacrifices, their life of love and service. We, who truly love them, should follow their footsteps of love and service, of faithfulness and courage in doing our ministry until we meet death. Our weeping will become laughter and our grief will become joy when we conquer death as they conquer death and be resurrected to see them again in a brand new life in heaven. This is our hope, this is our faith that the death of the saints are precious in the sight of the Lord for they will be rewarded and honored before the throne of God in Heaven.((Farewell, our Beloved brothers, Deacon Esteban (Gregorio Cruz) and Elder Abdias (Clemente Joven)).

Shalom po
