Abba, Father who resides in heaven, we come near you and are able to reach you and be close to you, and talk to you through our morning prayers. You are never far from your children. You are always with us, just a prayer away. You know that we cannot live without you. Your ears are always ready to hear our voices. We praise and worship you in spirit and in truth. We marvel at the thought that we can communicate with you anywhere and anytime through prayer. The distance between earth and heaven vanishes when we bow our heads and submit our hearts to you in prayer. The very thought that you are near gives us confidence in our daily walk.
Abba, Father, we cast our burdens to you. Send us your Spirit when we feel lonely and alone, to comfort us. When we are sick and feeling weak, give us the strength and renew our spirit that we may continue to serve you. Guide us with your words when we are confused. Deliver us from temptations and protect us from the evil one. When we fall, have mercy on us and lift us up. When our situations become unbearable and troubles come like arrows and spears, Lord, carry us and shield us with your mighty hand. Abba, we pray that whatever is the circumstance in our lives be, do not leave us. Let us hold on to the faith that we may survive each day., our hopes that we find peace and security in you, most of all, Lord, let us experience your love… Your love is all that we need.. You oh, Lord is all that we need, and everything we need is fulfilled. Amen.
