“The LORD takes pleasure in those who fear Him, in those who hope in His mercy.” Psalms 147:11

Abba, Our Great God, Our Father in Heaven, we come near you this morning to commit our day in glorifying and magnifying your name. You are a great God who does wonders in our lives. We truly believe that there is nothing bigger or greater than you are. This world that we live in magnifies the things of this world, luring everyone to desire material things. Problems that we confront everyday are also magnified that cause anxiety, depression and misery. Those that we experience in our bodies such as sickness, weakness are presented to us as great and heavy loads which we cannot carry. But now Lord, your words give us greater hopes and strength to overcome all that the world presents to us daily. We shall focus in you. You shall be the focus of our daily existence. We shall magnify you in our lives. You are greater than anything in this whole creation. If you are with us, there can be no problem bigger that we cannot overcome, no sickness that we cannot endure, and there is no danger that we cannot survive. For as long as you are the focus and center of our lives, we are assured of peace and prosperity. We shall succeed and be victorious in the world because you are with us. You shall guard us and be around us to protect us. You shall be above us to carry us through from this temporal life to  eternal life. This is our hope as a result of your unfailing love for us. We shall tell everyone about your love, your salvation. We shall gladly magnify you with your words not only by telling but by living. Amen
