Let Us Pray No. 120

  • April 30, 2017

“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thessalonians 5:23

Abba, our Lord, you are the giver of peace of our mind and of our hearts. The sinful life we spent in the past was turbulent life. Because of sins we were like in the midst of the troubled sea that does not rest. We are blown by its waves and have gone further away from you. However, you ended our confusion and saved us. You gave us hope and made us see through the eyes of faith the eternal future where eternal life will be enjoyed in the world to come. You have showed us the way up there, a highway that no sinners and transgressors can walk therein. We yield to you with all humility in the throne of your grace to let us walk in there with you. Let your Holy Spirit mightily work in perfecting us in our weakest point and vulnerabilities. Shape us and mold us until we become your masterpiece, perfectly sanctified without blemish. Amen.
