He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him. (1 John 2:10 NKJV)
Blood is thicker than water. Truly, we are blood brothers, more than the relationship we have in our physical family. We belong to the family of God. We are brothers and sisters in Christ. We carry the name of our Lord. We are related to each other because of Christ’s blood. We are equal in value in God’s eyes. How then do you see your brother and sister in Christ? Is there anything that can devalue anyone in the Church of God? If we hate someone, we devalue them and render them worthless. Hate devalues anyone. In hating or rejecting our brother or sister, we are forgetting that we are of the same kind, equals. Christ commanded us: “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.” This is what the Church Administration fervently campaigns. The panoramic view of Zion – which we always longed for, where everyone lives in perfect unity – will be achieved if we all live in Agape. Our relationship with everyone will be harmonious. How blessed we are that, through love, we will do our best to do good towards everyone. Through the eyes of love, there is no reason for us to stumble due to another’s mistakes. Yes, love makes the world of the true believers go round. Yes, in reality, consciously or unconsciously, we cannot avoid mistakes even if we are members of the Most Holy Church, but watching everyone who loves each other makes it worthwhile remain a part of it for Agape covers a multitude of sins.
