Better is one day in your courts
than a thousand elsewhere;
I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God
than dwell in the tents of the wicked. (Psalms 84: 10 NKJV)
Go to Church every Sunday! We call this day Adonai for it is the Lord’s Day. Don’t miss this one day which God commanded for all of us to gather together in one place for worship, prayers, fellowship and learning the Words of God through His Ministers. One thousand years is just one day for God. One day in the House of God where we experience Him cannot be compared to one thousand years in the carnal world in the company sinners. We are given six days to spend for ourselves, to work, enjoy friends and families. Only one day is what He asks us to devote for Him. He wants us to gather and be with Him. He wants to enjoy you and I in a spiritual encounter. He wants to give us His blessings of love, peace and happiness. It is better to be a gatekeeper in His house, to minister to Him and to everybody in the house of God, in Church than to be with the sinners. They will just influence us with their sins and be separated with God. As children of God, we want to be in the house of our Lord all the days of our lives to enjoy the beauty of His holiness.
