When you become successful, don’t say, “I’m rich, and I’ve earned it all myself.” (Deuteronomy 8:17 CEV)
Did you not ask God to provide you with all His divine goodness? You did inquire from Him a good and blessed life. With His kind heart, He gave you the knowledge, skills, strength, and all the talents you possess as a way to gain wealth, honor, and fame. He opens for you more opportunities to succeed. You are enjoying them a lot. However, can you see that you have declined in your spiritual service? Do you not realize that all the things you have, came from Him? I beseech you, brethren, to never forget the Lord who provided you everything. The more you are blessed in life, the more you should serve Him. All that you have are given to you so that you can be a channel of blessing for the Church and for others. Be faithful or you lose everything including the divine gifts God has entrusted you.
