Shalom beloved brethren!

We have come a long way since the Most Holy Church was
established in the 1920s, as God continues to use us as
instruments to propagate His love for mankind. The journey though was not that simple but at the same time not that
complicated and difficult since God has promised us that He will be with us till the end (Isaiah 41:10, 43:5).

The year 2013 was no different compared to the other years that was hurdled by the Church. God through His principal instrument- the Church Administration lead by Bishop Hiel (Elder Isagani N. Capistrano), brilliantly guided us through each difficulty. Although one challenge is uniquely different from the other, every problem was seen more as an opportunity to excel rather than an obstacle from reaching our ultimate goal of spiritual perfection.

By respectable standards, we have steadily progressed in all aspects of evangelization and for caring of the spiritual needs of the brethren brought about by the different programs initiated and sustained by the Church leadership. Ably supported by all the Bishops, Presbyters and Ministers, Bishop Hiel is looking forward to our renewed commitment and steadfast faith as he calls on us to continue our journey together and rally behind him, just like in Mosaic times, as we strive to move closer to the proverbial promised land, a city that is yet to come (Hebrews 13:14).

As we look back to 2013, we saw how the Philippines was struck by multiple calamities, we saw other nations gripped by their own political and environmental problems, we saw how it was difficult for people to live in peace and harmony with their fellow, etc. Perhaps, 2014 will be no different. There will still be disasters; there will still be quarrels among peoples; there will still be hunger and scenes of anguish and despair will still be around. But we can make a difference. Let us bring hope, peace and happiness to this world by living up to what is expected from us- THE LIGHT OF THIS WORLD (Matthew 5:14). Let us stamp out the darkness and let our inner/spiritual radiance shine bright and let the world know that hope springs eternal from the Most Holy Church of God in Christ Jesus.

May God bless us in 2014 and beyond.
