For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. (1 John 5:3)
Abba, our Father, our King, Almighty God, we love You more than anything and anyone. We learned to love You because You came to us and loved us first with an everlasting love. But a lot of times, we failed to prove our love for You. Numerous times did we do things against Your holy will. We give in to our weakness instead if holding firmly to the Holy Spirit You gave us. Father, You know that in our life, all we desire is to show You our faithful and unfailing love. Please help us keep Your perfect commandments. If there are times when we feel burdened doing Your will, teach us to love You even more, so we may carry on serving You despite many hindrances. We truly love You, oh God. There is no one like You, Father. Only You sacrificed Your life as wage for sins You did not commit. So now, may we use this life to show our unfailing and faithful love for our only God, Christ Jesus. Amen.
