And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2 Corinthians 12:9 NKJV)
Abba, our Most High God, You are holy. All Your deeds are righteous and good because You are the Almighty. You created us and gave us a lowly and weak body. We were put into a low condition not because You did not love us. In fact, our weakness is a proof of Your love for us. For if we do not have weaknesses, how can You strengthen us? Despite our lowliness and weaknesses, we feel Your love for these make Your power more radiant. We will not be ashamed to admit to You our weaknesses and shortcomings because first of all, You accepted us as Your children. Aside from this, in surrendering ourselves to You, You will further provide Your help to us, so we can do and overcome all things. May we always be found in humility before You. We pray all these in Your name, Christ Jesus, our only God and Savior. Amen.
