So remember this and keep it firmly in mind: The LORD is God both in heaven and on earth, and there is no other god! (Deuteronomy 4:39 NLT)
The greatest sin that men can commit is to not acknowledge the sovereignty of God and have other gods than the Lord. God, the Creator of heaven and earth, is the only true God. There is no other God but Him. The Almighty God has His throne in Heaven and His footstool is on earth. He took it upon Himself to manifest in the flesh for our salvation. He was not recognized by His own creation as the Lord God Jesus Christ. He was cursed and nailed on the cross, accused of pretending to be God. Apostle John said He, in the beginning, was the “word” and the word became man. Paul said Jesus Christ is the exact image of the invisible God. Thomas addressed Jesus as, My Lord and my God. Jesus Christ is the Alpha and the Omega, the King of Kings. Let us worship Him today and give Him the highest adoration, for He is the only one true God.
