“But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.” Matthew 6:6
Dear Lord, it is a great blessing to come before your presence especially in your secret holy place. For this we thank you and praise you. We also thank you for teaching us to do the right thing in the right way that our deeds may be acceptable to you. May you find in our hearts great joy and awe as we approach your throne of mercy and grace. As we enter your secret chamber help us to be able to lock out our minds from anything that will distract us to devote ourselves in worshiping you. We beg you to purify our hearts and soul from all iniquities that we have done for we know that you are holy. Abba, Father, we humbly submit to your will as we walk on this day. As a Father, we are dependent on you for provision and safety. Let us receive today the reward you promised us if we walk according to your words. May you open the windows of heaven for the blessings of peace, happiness and success. As we see you this morning in your holy place, may you impart your glory to us as what you have done to Moses. Let the people see your glory in our face, full of joy and glow with full of trust and confidence in you. This we pray in your name. Amen.
